The Peak Fitness System contains a range of workouts from full body, circuit style sessions to more focussed workouts that help you build specific body areas. All workouts have progressive levels of difficulty that cater for all fitness levels and help you advance. Peak workouts are created by professional personal trainer and international athlete, Ian Williamson. They have been tuned over many years of training clients with a range of fitness levels and are designed to give you a challenging workout whilst avoiding injury.
Follow each workout using the Peak workout player. Supporting videos for each exercise provide a reminder of the correct form. The workout player counts each exercise and rest period as well as providing video reminders of upcoming exercises.
Peak also contains full instructive videos for more than 80 exercises.
